3. Acceptance of trademark registration application

(3) Requirements for trademark design

If applying for trademark registration with color combination or coloring drawing, the coloring drawing shall be submitted, and one black and white draft shall be submitted; if no color is specified, the black and white drawing shall be submitted.

1. If applying for trademark registration with a three-dimensional sign, a statement shall be made in the application form, and the way of using the trademark shall be explained in the "Trademark Description" column of the "Trademark Registration Application". 6. Issuing trademark registration certificate

When the applicant receives the trademark registration certificate, he must provide the identity certificate and a copy of the person's ID card. After checking, the trademark registration certificate will be given to the applicant.

(2) Only one address can be filled in the "Applicant's Address" column in the application form; if the applicant is a natural person, you can directly fill in the correspondence address; if the applicant is a unit, you should fill in the address on the identity certificate.

(3) If the applicant is a domestic legal person or other organization, it shall submit identity certification documents marked with a unified social code, such as business license, public institution legal person certificate, etc. Note: The licenses of some self-employed workers have not been renewed and can continue to be used.

(4) If the applicant is a domestic natural person: individual industrial and commercial households, submit a copy of the operator's ID card and a copy of the business license of the individual industrial and commercial household; rural contracting households, submit a copy of the contract signatory's ID card and a copy of the contract.

(5) If the priority is claimed, a written declaration shall be submitted, and the priority certification documents shall be submitted at the same time or within three months from the date of application, including the original and a complete Chinese translation. If there is no written statement or the application/exhibition country/region, application/exhibition date, and application number are incompletely filled in, it will be deemed that no priority has been claimed.
